Visual Development / Prompt Engineering
Propel
Translating commissioned artist sketches into cinematic visual references through language, judgment, and iterative prompt engineering.

The challenge
Translate drawn intention into a believable cinematic world.
The work required more than image generation. Each prompt had to encode composition, character, wardrobe, environment, action, camera logic, atmosphere, and continuity with enough precision to bridge an artist’s sketch and a production conversation.

The evidence
Language became the production instrument.
The resulting frames demonstrate visual literacy, directorial judgment, parameter control, and the ability to rapidly materialize a creative team’s intended world.
The value was not the tool. It was the ability to see what the story needed—and communicate that vision precisely enough for the tool to respond.
